  Perfect spot for a getaway! Location was ideal - one block from the beach and walking distance to popular bars and restaurants (beach cruiser bikes also provided). The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff was very friendly and supplied us with whatever we needed. The hotel has everything you need (ice machine, beach equipment, bikes, pool toys and floats, pool cabanas, grilling area etc…). I will be a repeat customer for sure.

  This place was a little slice of paradise! It was super cute & clean. The pool area was amazing with oversized cabanas and it was very enjoyable relaxing in the hammock under the palm trees. The beach is only a block away which was great! They provided everything you needed for your beach journey coolers, chairs, floating devices and even a beach wagon to haul all your beach necessities which was very convenient. I would definitely stay at this location again!!!!

  Great stay, great location. Just know it is under new ownership & more like renting from a VRBO you are NOT staying at a hotel...a couple things have changed too if you made reservations before the change, like deposits, cancellation time, check out time, all pretty minor but changed. I did get prompt replies to the few texts I sent to the owner, did not have any problems that needed solved so cannot attest to that. Unit was very clean. The kitchen is seriously lacking if you plan to do any cooking at all. If you want to reheat leftovers & make coffee, toast and eggs, you'll be fine. Great proximity to everything including super easy beach access and restaurants. I'd definitely go back bc it beats a traditional hotel room and doesn't require a Saturday to Saturday stay like most rentals. Also very quiet & safe feeling as a single female staying alone. I do wish they had some type of security lock inside the unit, it is just a door code to get in, no other lock and you are assuming & relying on the fact that the door code is changed between stays.

  Me and my daughters stayed here this past weekend and it was amazing. It was my first solo trip with really small kids and I felt so safe. We were in walking distance to everything, I really didn’t have to move my car. I even felt comfortable walking at night. They have little wagons that you can use for the beach (which is right across the way, literally you could walk there in one minute) , which definitely was a life saver with a 7 month old and 3 year old. The bed and pillows were a dream. Everything was fully stocked. The pool area was nice, we didn’t use it but it looked very appealing. There is designated parking spots, so that was a win win as well! I’d recommend this place a thousand times over.

  I've stayed at many of the big resorts in St. Pete Beach, but never a smaller place like this. We were not disappointed and would not hesitate to stay at The Villas again. Clean, well-appointed rooms, less than a block from the beach, walking distance to many restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, and shopping. Pool is a good size (but unheated) with plenty of chairs for all, plus a couple cool cabanas. The Villas supplies gear that you can take to the beach, including a wagon to transport. Is it perfect? Of course not, but it is great and a nice alternative to the big resorts with their shortage of parking (you get an assigned spot here) and resort fees. If feel like you need room service throughout your stay, this likely isn't the place for you. We actually appreciated that we could take care of things on our own without having to prepare the room for a cleaning person each day. Washer and dryer are on-site for free use if needed. Thank you to the owners for providing a wonderful option in St. Pete Beach!
