  I am so happy to have discovered Stacy Cooper at Living Room Yoga. Because Stacy has a background in occupational therapy and cranial sacral work, she understands how to tune in to the specific needs of the individuals in her class. Stacy works closely with her yoga students, offering alternative poses when standard ones don’t work.
  My own specific needs are related to a fall I experienced in 2019. I am delighted to have finally found Stacy as my yoga practitioner because she is helping me learn how to bring my body back into balance. On a personal level, she is warm and encouraging and has a delightful sense of humor. I would highly recommend Stacy Cooper at Living Room Yoga as a wonderful yoga teacher.
  I have also experienced several cranial sacral sessions with Stacy which were highly effective. Her strong intuitive sense makes her a wonderful healer. Her sense of humor and positive attitude add to her effectiveness as an energy worker. Thank you, Stacy!

  My husband and I both get regular Thai Yoga treatments with Barry and love it. Extremely relaxing and very beneficial. I can only recommend Thai Yoga with Barry.

  Barry was an excellent teacher for me and an I could tell he's an incredible healer. His aura emits a very strong calmness and that makes him a natural bodyworker.

  Stacy helped me with Yoga Therapy YEARS ago, and I STILL use some of the tips she shared! She's really good about showing you how to change your movements in subtle ways that are realistic for your current state.

  I am a massage therapist and small spa owner who’s taken a Thai course with Mr. Barry some years ago. What a life changing experience! This beginners Thai course was incredible, taught me so much and made me feel equally hungry for more and invincible after. I love finding instructors I can trust to deliver and I look forward to doing more in the future.
