Prior to our move to Saint Petersburg, we were established patients for almost 20 years with a wonderful ophthalmologist in Charlotte, NC.
We would highly recommend Dr. Flanagan and her team. Highest scores for personal, professional encounter and the most thoroughly reviewed exam we have experienced. -

They were recommended by Eye Institute on Central. The staff also let me know of rebates which I would not have known. So thank you !
