Highly recommend!! The office is always impeccably clean, all of the staff are lovely and helpful. Bianca the nurse is just the sweetest and most soft spoken person ever, she has kids of her own and she has a great way with children. Dr. Richardson has seen my son since he was born and she is a very knowledgeable and a great pediatrician. Dr. Voltarel is also a really awesome and friendly doctor!! Five stars!

My daughter has gone here since she was a baby, the staff at here have always found a way to help us. We get answers when we might expect more questions tests or referrals, we always have questions and Dr. Voltarel always does his best to stop at nothing until every question is answered. when we asked him a question I was very impressed with not only his knowledge of how many things could be an issue but his process of elimination through test results and simple questions We didn’t ever think to ask her. we are even provided with many outlined papers for not just specific appt information but a general guideline on how to approach your child in numerous different scenarios anything from exercise to just a reminder to sit down with your child and eat dinner together as a family as much as possible. and his staff are not only kind, warm and very nice to my daughter but expedient and determined as well. We have never left wondering “what next”. She’s always nervous about going to the the appointments but she is welcomed by a staff member and feels comfortable right away. She’s unfortunately getting a little too old for stickers but she still is happy as she leaves because she is always offered one by a very sweet ms. Karen. I trust them with the most important thing in my life and I would recommend anyone to do the same.

My children live Dr. Voltarel. He is kind, gentle and very patient. We love him and we are so happy to have him and his wonderful staff there for us when we need them. I highly recommend their practice.

Dr. Voltarel and all the staff at Pediatric Health Care Alliance are amazing. Everyone is very professional, caring and very good with children. Dr. Voltarel always takes his time to address all questions and concerns a parent may have. As a parent, I couldn't have been more happy having a doctor like him for my child.

The prior reviews have not been the nicest towards the front office staff… To me the staff has always been very pleasant and helpful. They are fast to answer the phones and return calls if needed. They also work with me to get an optimal appointment time. I have called to get a copy of his 680 + H+P and the paperwork was ready when they said it would be.
Most importantly EVERYONE in the office interacts with my son so he is more comfortable. We primarily see Dr. V who is the baby whisperer!
My son is 11 months old but Dr. V makes sure to talk with him and make fun sounds during the exam so he is not nervous/scared. Even during COVID the Crossroads team has done amazing! We have never had to wait more than 10 minutes to go back for an appointment. They are also accommodating if you need to nurse while there. Would recommend 😊
