There is a reason every review is 5 stars. The friendly vibe when you walk in, the helpful staff, the warm decorating and environment is far from the sterile, unwelcoming and overwhelming environments that other dentists have. They took their time with me (in a good way!) explained everything thoroughly. Never made me feel like a bother. Answered all my questions. Wonderful to talk to. Trans friendly as well. Honestly wish more doctors/dentist/medical places had this sort of approach. This place is honestly what the standard should be in my opinion (In America anyway). Their payment options are also very reasonable I think.

I had ~10 years of dental work done in another city by another Orthodontist, and my Hawley retainers were getting loose. I went to Amy’s office where she was kind to me and put my dental-related phobias at ease. Instead of saying I needed new retainers, she instead was able to adjust them so they fit better. They also gave me a new case and cleaned my retainers and they fit amazingly now. The best part was, after taking pictures in case if I ever need to come back, the office didn’t charge me for my visit! Truly kind and charitable people; the office was cozy and welcoming; I was able to complete all paperwork online which saved all parties involved lots of time; and I didn’t have to wait at all. I was in and out so quickly, I was able to take my appointment during my lunch break.

A warm and friendly staff makes this the perfect environment for an otherwise potentially stressful ordeal! Dr Anderson has great communication skills and always takes whatever time is necessary to answer your questions and make sure that you leave confident and assured.
It doesn't get any better than this office. The doctor runs exactly on schedule, the service and advise is highly educated, compassionate, and excellent, the facility is beautiful, clean, and peaceful. My son gets tremendous anxiety with medical interactions but is the most calm here. Finally, they are economical and always happy to work with insurance.
Absolutely first class team at Smiles by Amy. Always welcomed with a friendly face. My treatment plan is probably a little different than most, and Dr. Anderson and her team have gone above and beyond to make this happen for me. Dr. Anderson has been our go to for ortho for many years. Our two daughters, and son have also been her patients. Cannot give a higher recommendation!
