We've been using Wes' company for a couple years now. We started using them on the recommendation from my husband's parents. We are very happy with the service Wes provides. I normally do all my own bug prevention but I also know when I’m in over my head. I was recommended Gulfshore PC from a friend. I chose them because the owner is a biologist. I sent a pic of the bug I cldnt remove. He immediately identified as a German roach. I was horrified. They reassured me they would deal w them in two visits. Within that time I sent a few messages about the bugs and they calmed me down each time. Anyway, they were compassionate and understanding as I freaked. Best still they’ve resolved the problem and said they’ll come back if needed for free. He came twice. Both times exactly on time. Super reliable. All around great. I’m not related!! It may sound it! But I’m just relieved and grateful.

I have used them multiple times. The last time was for German roaches we got through a popular pet food delivery company. Wes was great. I read that these are extremely hard to get rid of and feared worst but Wes knew all about them. They were gone in no time. They also saved me when I used a shower that we hardly ever used and roaches decided to come up through the drain. Wes came over that same day and got rid of them. Also told us to make sure we run water down all the drains so that we won't get bugs, snakes or rats. We were knew to FL and this was very helpful.

When we asked our Lawn Treatment company (Bee Green) about treating our yard and sidewalk for fire ants, they referred me to Wes. We tried every over the counter spray from our local warehouse store and the best we could expect would be for couple of days of improvement or for the ant mound to pop up in another location. Wes came out right away to treat our lawn and returns once a month. We have not seen a single ant since Wes started spraying. Wes is definately a miracle worker. I would trust him to handle any of our extermination needs.
