I have lived here for a year and have had nothing but great things to say. First the location is amazing. The scenery and the sense of safety is first class and cant be topped. You are seven minutes away from 4th st and 17 minutes away from the heart of central. The landscaping is kept and great condition and its hard to beat the marine life just steps away.
The office staff is amazing Brenda in particular has by far been the beast leasing staff of any apartment I have ever visited. The maintenance crew is determined to get your problems resolved in a timely and proper fashion. I had an AC leak that was pestering them but they returned every day until it was resolved and checked in to see if it returned.
There is a reason why its difficult to get in here and that's because it is affordable and an amazing complex.
Brenda was amazing. She helped me feel right at home during my stay. She is very organized and the property was lovely. I cant wait to come back!
Beautiful area and the canal had dolphins swimming right before sunset.
I have lived here for since 2019 and this is a wonderful community with beautiful views. The grounds are well-maintained, the office is always friendly and responsive. Maintenance has always been prompt and professional. We hope to be here for many years to come.
I’ve lived here just over 6 years and adore living here. It’s beautiful and I love being able to take pics. (sharing some but have so many more that I could bore people, lol.)
The staff is beyond amazing; Brenda & Bo are excellent. Maintenance is amazing. I rarely have an issue but when I do it’s taken care of & I’m appreciative. Once when I had an issue with my washer & it couldn’t be solved quickly; Brenda & Bo made sure I didn’t go without. Unfortunately 2 of the best maintenance people have or are leaving.
I hope to stay when my renewal comes up next year. I just hope it’s not astronomical.
I think the company values longevity & loyalty in residents as this is what helps to make a strong community. If the past couple years have shown us anything it’s that we all need a strong community.
