Nice little park by the water. Has a public boat ramp and parking, but get there early as parking fills up quick. Pretty my full by 7:30 AM on peak days.
Great place to park and run, jog, walk or bike. Not a lot of shaded benches but there is some shade under the trees.
Keep your eyes out for dolphins, they like to frequent this area, or find a baby Squirrel like the one pictured here.
Great neighborhood launch. No restrooms, no hose.
Small playground.
Wonderful place to spot a few manatees in the winter. Most of the view is mansions, unless you're only looking into the water.
I love this little neighborhood park for a short (1hr) fitness paddle. Very few parking spots, so if you're traveling a decent distance, you may want to try one of our bigger parks to launch from to guarantee available parking. This bayou can be accessed from North Shore Park at the mouth of the bay. Plenty of parking in several lots and along the street.
Was a nice visit to c the water & Nature. Saw a manatee in water. Seems the kids playground is a big hit & is fenced in. Small parking lot so spaces are limited. Just missing a pier or dock here since folks like to fish but no place really to fish without being in way of cyclists or bicyclists walking on sidewalk just observation. I would say No to fishing & just enjoy nature.
A small quiet park. It also has a boat ramp where can launch a boat out into Coffee Pot. There is one small covered picnic table. The parking lot is small and there are several parking spaces on street. A bike and walking trail run down to downtown as well as one that starts at parking lot entrance /exit and runs North along 1st Street up to around 77th Ave. For the children there is a wonderful fenced in playground. Don't know who has more fun the little kids or the parents on the playground. There is also a great opportunity to take some great nature photos of birds of different kinds.
Parking is free and plenty. A nice pirate themed park for little kids and manatees galore in the water adjacent to the park.
Wonderful area and a great starting point for an exercise walk/run along the waterfront. Wide sidewalk path all the way to the St.Pete Pier if you want to go that far!
