Dr. Gilroy and her staff are awesome. Dr. Gilroy listens to your issues and makes a point to give you an answer and not blow you off. She follows up personally with you after any scans are done to ensure you she has looked at everything and discussed the outcome with you. All of her staff are awesome - love Janie and Lucy too! Thank you so much for caring!!!
If you are looking for an ENT I would highly recommend Dr. Gilroy. Parking provided right at door to her office. Staff are super friendly and Dr. Gilroy is personable and an extremely competent Doctor. One great advantage of going to her she has an independent practice and has not been bought our by some conglomerate medical company so unnecessary tests are not performed but only those that are actually needed. Highly recommend her.
Had my first visit a few days ago. Lucy up front was very friendly. The nurse who took me back to the exam room was very pleasant and efficient. Doctor Gilroy was very pleasant and professional with a good sense of humor. An overall good medical visit.
