This is without a doubt the best place in Florida to go & not only just to buy glasses or contacts for low prices but if you ever have any issues afterwords they treat you like a friend. The customer service you receive is beyond outstanding. It has been my pleasure over the past 4 years to have been affiliated with all those who work there. 5 stars & well beyond. Love you guys.

I recently went to Optical Outlets for the first time and it was a wonderful experience. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. My associate was Molly and she was great! She helped me to pick out the perfect frames. In this troublesome time, with COVID, everyone was great, they all wore masks, and they required everyone who came in also wore theirs! I will definitely be going back when the time comes!

Today was my first visit with Optical Outlets. Everyone in the store was very welcoming to my family. The store was very clean and organized. I watched the store associates clean all of the desks and chairs after patients. I’m sure they have a bunch of tasks every day with the Covid restrictions but everyone seemed to handle it exceptionally. The girls here definitely work hard and care about each and every patient that comes in. I will definitely be back to this location again. Great job optical outlets!

I recently got a pair of glasses from here and they were absolutely fantastic! All the employees were very helpful and did everything they could to make my experience as comfortable as safe as possible especially with all the Covid restrictions going on. All the employees took every precaution possible to keep not only myself but everyone else safe with the wearing of their masks. The store was very clean and well kept and overall a fantastic experience! Will not hesitate to go back here again! All the employees greeted me and made me feel so welcomed from the moment I walked into the store.

Monica is great at this place! I took my mom here to order new glasses. We ended up going with a recommendation from Monica. She was pleasant and great to work with! Nicholyn was great as well. She's the manager at that store and was very personable and made sure that Monica gave the best service! We will come back again!!
