  Cheryl delivered my son. I had the best hands on prenatal care where I was able to build trust and bond with my provider when I gave birth I knew I was in safe hands! Cheryl was with me the whole time and helped me have the home birth I dreamed of! We had a healthy 10.6 lb baby boy! I felt safe and cared for every step of the way!

  I have not met many midwives however I am so impressed with Cheryl’s professionalism, competence and certainty in this profession. You can meet plenty of people that have pursued a career and enjoy it or love it, however for Cheryl that is a pure understatement. Midwifery is Cheryl‘s life and she dedicates all of her time and intention to helping others and bringing life into the world safely and with ease.
  
  Cheryl helped deliver my first child at home. To be honest it was a difficult delivery, specifically at the end. Complications arose with my son and even so, Cheryl was calm, collected and immediately initiated action to handle the situation.
  
  Before ever getting pregnant I knew I wanted to have a homebirth but obviously had my considerations and fears. I had heard about Cheryl locally from my friends that had utilized Cheryl’s services so I decided to reach out to her. During our initial visit, Cheryl was extremely professional and very easily answered any questions that I had. She had a real answer for everything and she was always very honest, even if it wasn’t what you wanted to hear. Cheryl was also always reachable - more specifically if an emergency was occurring. You could reach her via text or phone call and if she wasn’t there immediately, she would get Babb to you within minutes.
  
  In the middle of my pregnancy, Cheryl provided education through every prenatal visit. In addition to having a prenatal visit, Cheryl sets aside much more time to sit with you and talk with you than normal prenatal visits in offices, which are usually like six minutes long or less. She is very personable, caring and is eager to gain a relationship with you rather than just see you as another client. She also respects your decisions, ideas and considerations. She makes sure that you have all the data before solidly making a decision on anything. To be clear, when it came time to deliver my son I was 100% certain and at ease that I was in good hands and that anything that arose that was non-optimum, I knew I could rely on her. And even when such a situation occurred where there could be potential panic, I still felt completely confident that I could rely on Cheryl.
  
  I had a 14 hour labor. During the last four hours during transition, there were difficult times. After my son had arrived, he was experiencing serious difficulty which Cheryl ended up handling beautifully. Even with her expertise and action she took alone, she still initiated calling for backup and had someone call EMS even though we ended up not needing them. All of us, including Cheryl were utterly exhausted but even so, Cheryl was still very present and aware and jumped into action immediately. I was so impressed.
  Cheryl stayed 7 hours after the delivery of my son to monitor him and me to make sure we were stable and alright. This type of care by one individual during such a process is irreplaceable, in my opinion.
  
  During my postpartum, Cheryl continued to be on call for me for any concerns or questions i had regarding myself or my son. I have made a friend for life. And my son Jonny has a literal breathing Angel on earth. With this experience, I intend to have more children and definitely will utilize Cheryl’s services again. I HIGHLY recommend her. You will find no other midwife more dedicated and pure in purpose. She truly breaths this profession and loves what she does.

  We miss you already Cheryl. Today was our 6 week appointment and we are so saddened to say goodbye. I could not have asked for a birth better experience. From the moment I called Cheryl I have received nothing but support and guidance. We aren't planning on having anymore children but I'm almost tempted to so that I can still have my Cheryl fix. The awesome thing is I know she will forever be part of our family. Thank you for everything you've done.
