Last minute getaway! Beautiful sunsets, lovely people and great staff. Gee at front desk was very knowledgeable including all others there. Made us feel right at home. Beach was easily accessible and not very crowded. Only used pool once but lovely salt water pool. Great restaurants nearby. Need to tryVIP Mexican and Billy Ts. Great boardwalk nearby as well as ice cream almost on premises. Gym was very clean and just enough room. Really didn’t know it wasn’t a hotel when we booked but honestly didn’t disappoint. Thank you. Exactly what we needed🌅

My family and I stayed for 4 nights the week of Memorial Day 2022. We were very pleased with this location. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. The main space was large, the furniture was very comfortable and the view was amazing. The bedrooms were not roomy but we don't mind due to not being in them often. They has 2 pools. We never visited the smaller one. The pool to the north side was large and very accommodating to those with different interest. There was a bar and the staff was friendly. We were really excited about the box with toys and boogie boards. This is a great idea. The only restaurant on site didn't have many options but the pizza was huge, tasty, and a great price. We would definitely consider staying at this location again. There are a lot of restaurants (not in walking distance) and activities for all ages near this location.

The rooms were big and well furnished.
The beds were extremely comfortable.
The air con was perfect
The location was out of this world right on the beach.
If I had to be picky I would say that the kitchen was not very well equipped but as we ate out most of the time is wasn't a problem.
Would happily return.

Room was spacious and clean pool was clean and large too overall great hotel some small complaints being the sofa bed being a little uncomfortable and no extra bedding provided for it however not a massive deal as Florida heat means little more than a cotton sheet needed for nighttime warmth. And hot tub is EXTREMELY hot I liked it but it’s got to be in excess of 35 degrees Celsius in there which is completely excessive for most people in Florida heat. Overall though amazing hotel staff are lovely especially those working in the cafe :)

P.s. anyone staying here be sure to check out the shake shop next door sells amazing milkshakes at a great price :)

I keep coming back to Sunset Vistas because it's just so pretty here! Perfect location, lush landscape, wonderful views of the Gulf. When I first got to my suite, there were a couple of little things that needed attention. The front desk was so understanding of the situation & maintenance was actually knocking on my door as I was coming back from the lobby! They jumped on and rectified the issues immediately. The rest of my stay was perfect. There is a bar by the pools, an actual little kid's pool, & the hot tub was great! They also have two "sharing boxes", with floats, beach toys, chairs, swim noodles, games, etc. to borrow during your stay. The grounds were very clean and the many plants & water features create a tropical feel and block out any road noises. My suite was quiet, even after the neighbors moved in, and had everything that I could possibly need during my stay. The water temperature was perfect & we saw dolphins very close to the shore. Shells are plentiful and beautiful. Such a tame beach experience compared to the Atlantic. Relax and enjoy!

This is the best church I've attended in my entire life! I love how much they do for their community, other church members, and the families and children associated with this church! UMCBR is definitely worth checking out for those in need of a closer relationship to God and their community.
