From the moment, Glenn, the owner, came and took measurements for our oversized door, he eased our worry about the age and size of the job and felt confident in our replacement choices. He provided us with a more than fair estimate and we decided, on the spot, to move forward. The custom door was ordered. Once it had been manufactured and received, we were scheduled for install. The installers, Ryan and Sam, arrived on time and ready to work! The team worked amazingly together and were so knowledgeable, efficient and thorough! They swiftly removed our almost 20 year old door without leaving a trace of dirt or debris! The install went smoothly due to the skill of the team! Upon completion, Ryan kindly walked me through the mechanics of our new door and Sam made sure all spots were wiped clean! Truly impressed with their kind professionalism and attention to detail!!! COMMUNICATION: Glen was transparent with us from the start about the installation process. He answered every call/text and kept his promises.

PUNCTUAL: Glen had to come to our home a few times and showed up when he said he was and was on time and ready to work! Even calling once to apologize he would be running a little late. (Very considerate).

COURTESY: Glen was very respectful and his team was extremely polite, addressed my husband and I by “ma’am” and “sir”. One of his team members even went out of the way to stay clear of my husbands virtual meeting (really nice touch).

PRICE: Extremely fair pricing from day one , nothing changed and no surprises at the end.
