I had a great visit with Dr. Thai over a year ago. Unfortunately, I would like to give the billing dept 0 stars. The practice of this office to send out a bill for services provided over a year ago is unacceptable, unethical and just plain poor business practice. Still waiting for them to cash a check I sent over 3 weeks ago. Ridiculous!
EDIT: Turns out I was double-billed. Took almost 3 months to get this cleared up with my persistent emails and effort and a serious lack of communication from the billing office.
Who gave this man a 1??? Dr. Tao is one of the best cardiologist in Polk County, we are very lucky to have him in the area. I personally know the physicians recruiter that played a part in his being here, she is the one I call to get the low down on a physician before going to someone I am unfamiliar with. He is a very talented cardiac surgeon with wonderful credentials, he has great work ethic and wonderful bedside manner. I take my parents to him and can't think of any other cardiologist in the area that I would suggest over him. His office staff is easy to work with as well which is a plus.
