Dr. Sanchez is great. She takes her time and listens. Staff is great right now after some changes.
Dr Degnan is the absolute best Dr ever!
I'm recently concerned though, about being put on hold for lengthy amounts of times when i call. I can't get through and I've tried talking to ANYONE for days now. I have several health issues that need attention. I need medication refills and can't get through to request them. So what am I to do? This is a huge concern and could mean life or death for me.

Dr. Degnan has been our doctor for 15 years and he has been nothing but the most kind, caring, helpful, informative doctor ever. My husband has had major back surgery and a hip replacement and that Dr. Degnan was up at the hospital every day checking on my husband's condition and he was not the operating doctor in either case. If he doesn't have the answers to any questions you may have he will make phone calls and get you the answers and refer you to the appropriate person that can help you.
My favorite doctor ever! As a registered nurse and registered respiratory therapist, I have worked at many different hospitals and with a lot of physicians. Dr. Michael Degnan is extremely knowledgeable with a wonderful bedside manner, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. He recently added a new ARNP to his staff and she is also wonderful! I would highly recommend Dr. Degnan if you are looking for a new primary care physician.
