  Susan Borchini is a great realtor! Very dependable, thorough, and knowledgeable. She actually answers the phone and returns messages quickly. I used her company when purchasing my Solivita home. She had a list of homes which were suitable to my requirements and did not waste my time showing me ones that were out of my specs.

  We were fortunate to find Susan Borchini when we saw a home in Solivita we were interested in. Susan has been patient and provided excellent feedback and information every step of the way and has made the entire process a pleasure. When buying a home from out of state it's essential to have a realtor you can really trust, and Susan has gone well above an beyond all expectations. Thank you Susan and Charlie for helping us find our forever home!

  What a great experience selling my Poinciana home through Charles and Susan! Contracted with them one week, the next week got a full price offer on my home, three weeks later closed on the sale.
  
  The Borchini's utilize a perfect sales team system, Susan is in charge of marketing and Charles in customer care and assistance. Their guidance made the whole process seem easy. Job well done! Highly recommended!

  Susan and Charles Borchini have been a joy to work with! We contacted them to find a home in Solivita. There was no pressure at any time to make a decision or purchase a home. They listened carefully to us to understand what we were looking for and then patiently helped us find just the right home for us.
  Because we were in another state, Susan made videos of homes we were interested in so we could better evaluate when to make the trip to see the house. She was even careful to point out the flaws and concerns she saw so we could objectively evaluate each home from a distance. She was more concerned that we find the home we wanted than just making a quick sale.
  Since it has been a long time since we had purchased a home, they guided us through the process and made it simple, pleasant and stress free. They even went beyond the normal and arranged for a lady to clean our home for us while we were traveling to Florida so our home would be move in ready when we arrived. We just cannot say enough good things about working with Susan and Charles Borchini and we are delighted with the wonderful home they helped us purchase.

  My sister and I bought a home from Susan Borchini and were very pleased with the attention and expertise we received. I was impressed with the video she did so my sister was able to see the house (she couldn't make the trip) before we purchased. They really went the extra mile to help us. We are now purchasing another home from her. Highly recommend Borchini Realty!
