Got a lovely flat top electric oven that I love. I paid $265.00 plus $95.00 delivery fee. They delivered the next day and took my old and broken unit away. Nice folks and very helpful.
John is great! First I spoke with him over the phone, he was very pleasant. Then I went in to pick something out and met his wife. What a great lady! She was patient with me and answered my questions. Then John brought the appliances to my home and set them up. I did have a problem with my dryer outlet but nothing that had to do with John or the dryer. Used the washer, and found it needed a second spin to get the excess water out (not a huge deal). I spoke to John and the next day he was out with a replacement. Well, apparently that must be an issue with that specific brand so John came and replaced again. Since then absolutely no problems at all with either the washer or dryer. John is a man of his word, for sure! He took care of me and I owe him a great deal of gratitude! Johns helper was also wonderful, never complained and very respectful! Thanks you all for everything y’all did for me! I’ll definitely see ya again for future needs! ????
