  Nice and clean. However, the front desk lady working at night, Charlotte needs to improve on her customer service skills.

  Clean, relaxing, accommodating, comfortable. Slept great and had a fantastic breakfast buffet. Outgoing staff. Will definitely use this location again.

  Nice hotel. Carpet on the 2nd floor exiting elevator and in the room could definitely use a strong deodorizer. The carpet carried a previuosly damp smell. The staff were extremely pleasant and breakfast was tasty.

  Had to travel to Lake Wales for a family funeral. The staff was very accommodating to get me a room since my parents had already been here for a week I really wanted to be in the same hotel with them. The staff was friendly and catered to our family's unique needs. The rooms were clean and breakfast was a wide variety to suit all diets. We were made to feel very welcome and ultimately were very comfortable.

  This is a nice Hampton. Hampton’s are typically hit or miss, but this is a great one! And, it’s one of the only in Lake Wales. Rooms are super nice and clean. Typical beds, comfy. Great coffee. Ok gym. Liquor store and movie theater across the street is nice. Outdoor pool. I didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. Decent breakfast. Does not use electronic key entry. Location is somewhat in the country.
