  I loved living here as it was my home away from my first home! We had the A1 setup, it was awesome, the staff is super friendly and anything we ever had a problem with, they were there for us. The maintenance crew is there ASAP if you have any issues! It’s great to know you have some people which truly care about making your place feel like home! The only issue we had was when we first moved in we had German Roaches everywhere, we got it contained for the most part from having their pest control who is paid by them come out and bait (that didn’t work) and then we had to pay another company to spray our apartment alone, and they still didn’t go away! That’s the only thing we had issues with. Parking was good for the most part as the months went on we noticed new car but they did have stickers so we couldn’t complain. I will definitely be back to live here soon! I’m so glad I chose CASL as my first apartment!

  I loved it when I lived here I had my own guest house for friends an family, nice gyms, swimming pools an tennis courts.

  My parents moved in 11 months ago. I come to visit them as often as possible, this is my 4th trip. I walk the grounds in the mornings and everyone is kind and friendly plus the community is very quiet. The grounds are clean and well maintained. The entrance pool is absolutely beautiful and clean. I've been to the gym several times, and like its woman's bathroom plus shower, are also clean. It feels like a resort, but my parent's call it home. I just wished that during the cooler months, the pool is heated.

  I couldn’t rent there because the waiting list but I have the opportunity to see the complex and is cleaner than Carlton’s arms north. There are more space between parking lots, very quite, nice neighborhood and staff. Prices of rent are the same and they don’t charge you if there any chance to have vinyl floors instead of carpet ????( that would be up to the manager).

  Moved here from Nebraska 6 yrs ago and love it! Maintenance staff is very friendly and quick to arrive should we need them. Office staff is GREAT and very helpful. Grounds are beautifully kept and we've got wonderful neighbors. We feel very at home here.
