As for the personal training we love him! Hes been training our family for a year now and we’re so thankful to him! The classes are intense & our growth has been amazing. Don’t worry he works with all levels 😂😂 when I started it was not pretty!!

You can tell he knows his stuff… very intelligent and great conversationalist. I couldn’t have asked for a better fit! If you’re looking for motivation, health, and a good time… this is the guy!
