Researched various dealerships around Florida to purchase our Carpathian Defender. Thankfully we ended up with the best - Victor Marroquin. Top notch gentleman, with a plethora of knowledge on the entire Range Rover lineup and a passion for the Brand. Victor was able to do the everything virtually, came into the office on his days off and even arranged for our car to be delivered out of state. We did not have to lift a finger! The absolute best car buying experience ever!

Even with multiple interruptions, he quickly reprioritized his focus to me to answer all my questions with clarity and complete satisfaction. He is very knowledgeable, made himself available and accessible, communicated timely and clearly and took complete ownership over the care of my vehicle and my satisfaction. The COVID-19 pandemic really did a number on the auto industry making it difficult to purchase a new vehicle due to constraints and high dealer mark-ups. Just when I was on the verge of giving up hope in purchasing my dream car, Chance from Land Rover Lakeland, was there to assist me with a brand new car from the very first day I walked into the dealership. Prior to, I've been in contact with many dealers in the Florida area but the service from Chance was by far the best. All the difficulties that I went through led me there. I am thankful and appreciative for Chance being the gracious salesman that he is. If it wasn't for him, I still wouldn't have my dream car and possibly would've settled for something else. He was patient and understanding with my specific requests and kept in constant communication with me throughout the entire process. It's been a few months and he still provides me with stellar customer service when I need a detail or have questions about the vehicle. This location is a good hour drive but it's worth it.
