  Dear Scott, Paula, and Christine,
  
  I want to first and foremost say thank you for all that you have done. All 3 of you put your heart and soul into this business. In times like these with so many emotions running in our heads, it gives us great comfort that there is patience from the business side, also tremendous compassion from all if you 3. I tip my hat off to you guys. If there was a 10 star rating, you guys would get it. You guys have a great and safe weekend!

  I found that all those working here to be wonderfully compassionate toward our family.
  
  With death , like In our case came as a shock. We were lost and after coming away from a different funeral home we had sticker shock. We found that Scott was not just compassion but he had a heart felt empathy for our family in our confusion for what was needed for our loved one.
  
  They took their time with us and at times grieved with us. Where ever Scott could, our wishes regarding our loved one or the service provided were met.
  
  I have a deep respect for them . Such a high emotional environment requires special people like Scott and his crew.
  
  Please allow them to give you peace of mind when it comes to putting your loved one to rest.

  During this incredibly tragic time Paula did everything she could to help our family cope and to send my brother off with dignity and respect. Anyone can sell a service but Paula found a way to provide comfort and not treat our tragedy as a business transaction. That takes a lot of class and people skills. We are forever thankful and grateful.

  Unfortunately, my family had to deal with a very tragic event this past weekend. Paula and Heidi with David Russell Funeral Home went above and beyond to accommodate my family in this time of need. I felt as if they were part of my family with the way they handled my father and our needs and they truly cared for us. I highly recommend them to anyone that is going to the tragic event. I truly believe Paula and Heidi will do everything within reason to assist you with getting the closer you will need. I cannot thank them enough and I am truly blessed to have found them.
