I cannot say enough positive things about this bridal boutique. The entire experience from start to finish was absolutely perfect. The girls were extremely personable and genuine. They asked so many questions before we even started trying on dresses to get a better idea of who I was, my style, my love story leading up to this moment, and how I envisioned myself on the special day. I felt extremely comfortable disclosing things I love about each dress and more importantly things I did not. They used my expressions and emotions to dictate which gown would be next. I did not feel rushed in the least. When we found “the one”, they made sure I had all the accessories. I have never felt so beautiful in my life. If you are a new bride looking for a dress I HIGHLY recommend trying Southern Swan. The shop is beautiful and staff are so supportive and knowledgeable.

This store is over the top! The owner and her staff are what every bridal experience should be. Expertise combined with beautifully curated pieces and extremely professional staff! I was a bride who went to multiple stores before I was able to make my decision and out of the 5 I visited the choice was obvious! This is a one on one experience where I had the entire store to myself! Beyond that these stylist really lead with honesty which I appreciated! I am so happy that I am a Southern Swan bride!

The Southern Swan was such a beautiful experience. All wedding dresses are beautiful and unique with a touch of southern charm. With appointment only, you get the one on one experience and truly feel like a southern belle. As an introvert, I was worried how I would feel about the one on one experience and kenzie and her crew made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I found this place while searching for wedding dresses and I was not disappointed!

Olivia at Southern Swan Bridal was an absolute dream to work with. I started wedding planning less than two months out from my wedding date so I had to move quickly and the first thing on my list was to find my wedding dress. I reached out to Southern Swan Bridal and scheduled my appointment for the following week. I went in with a style in mind and told Olivia all about my wedding goals. At first, we discussed Olivia designing and making a new dress from scratch. She thought it would be beneficial for me to try on a few different styles in her shop that day to see what fits my look the best. I tried on five different dresses and the last dress I tried on absolutely won me over. I had never felt so beautiful in my life. I was thrilled that I found the dress of my dreams and I wouldn’t have to wait and go through the trials and errors of designing a dress from scratch, after all. Not only was Olivia’s expertise in helping me find the dress of dreams invaluable, but all the way up until a couple days before my wedding Olivia was there to help with any questions that I had and gave me tons of etiquette advice. Olivia made this process so fun and stress free and I’m so happy that I found her. She also sent me to an amazing seamstress as well. Olivia, owner of The Southern Swan, is a beautiful human being! She has such a passion for brides and it truly shows. I was so excited to shop for my wedding dress, especially with my 95-year-old grandmother who I have a very special relationship with. We weren’t sure if she would make it to the wedding (thank God she did) so Olivia helped to create a safe and special shopping experience for us to include her. I will cherish those memories forever. Olivia’s shop is beautiful and with so many beautiful dresses, including some that she has personally designed! She can also custom design a gown for you. I truly felt like Olivia cared about me as a bride and that I wasn’t just a potential customer. She was so helpful in always making sure that, while my family’s opinions were heard, that I always remembered it was ultimately up to me and what I wanted. Wedding dress shopping can be overwhelming, but she made it fun and memorable! She even called me before my appointment to personally discuss my style and what I was looking for so she could be the most prepared for our appointment and we could make the most of our shopping time. I would highly recommend The Southern Swan for any bride looking for their wedding dress. You will love working with Olivia, she’s a gem of a business woman.
