(August 9, 2018, 8:40 am)Dr. Alvarez’s nurse. Ms. Carrie, went above and beyond today. There was a scheduling error that would have resulted that I be seen in the south side and the north side, and she worked he magic to get all of the appointments on the south side to correct the error. She truly made my day and the overall customer service in the office is fantastic. The staff collaborates well and are very friendly.
