(May 28, 2023, 2:49 pm)Great experience at this place. Receptionist, Vet tech and veterinarian were completely professional. I brought my cat in on a Saturday for vomiting and diarrhea. They were very gentle with my cat. Wish they were a regular vet so I could go to them instead of my regular vet. She was back yo normal two days later after they gave her fluids and anti nausea medication. Affordable and convenient location!

(May 14, 2023, 7:32 pm)The staff at Vets ER are the most caring group of people. I am beyond grateful for how my pet and I were treated. Although my visit ended in unfortunate circumstances, the team went above and beyond to care for me and my fur baby. I highly recommend!

(April 29, 2023, 4:57 pm)Well, I must say that the clinic is clean and the staff very knowledgeable . They were kind and compassionate since my doggie was very sick and needed to be put down. That was something that I didn't expect and the Dr. and staff really made the leave-taking quiet and peaceful. No judgements either since they knew the situation was hopeless. I had him 14 years and haven't had a dog better than him, very missed is he. The cost was noticeable but what do you expect if your regular vet can't see your pet. Definitely recommend!

(February 27, 2023, 9:10 pm)This place is AWESOME! I had to use their services one night right as my vet was closing. I didn't think to call my vet to have the records sent to them, but when i got there they told me they called and got them without a hesitation!
They were VERY attentive and listened to my concerns and discussed the changes in medication. Made me understand that my dog has Stage 6 CHF (Congestive Heart Failure) to make sure I understood that this is not curable, but maintainable with proper medications.
When i went back to our regular vet, they had the records from the Emergency Vet letting them know what they did. They also said that if my vet needed more tests done that they couldn’t do to send me back to them and they would be happy to help.
I hope we nor anyone else needs after hours care, but if they do and you live on the Northside of Lakeland, please give these caring and loving vets and staff a visit, I promise you will not regret it.
I have used and helped other people at other Emergency Vets in the area and by far this vet is the BEST!! -

(February 6, 2023, 6:54 pm)Dr curry was so sweet and knowledgeable when I came in with an emergency c section! I was greeted by smiling faces who quickly brought me to a room and showed me a detailed estimate and a realistic care plan, no hidden fees and charges, I was updated the entire time while kept company by a tech! Dr. Curry came in to evaluate my momma and she went over all the details of the c-section as well as the reasons why, her shared knowledge made me feel very confident in her abilities! The incision was clean and tidy and momma was back to normal the next morning! Her after care notes that were emailed to me made the at home care very easy to follow! The puppies are now one week old and completely doubled plus some there original birth weight! Momma is full of milk and energy to care for her babies and I would highly recommend them to anyone in a similar situation! I will definitely return if I ever need to!
