How do they do it? I'll tell ya, they got nerves of steel! -

I had an emergency window needing replaced at the last minute before the business closed, and they immediately sent someone out to my house within 30 minutes to be fixed, and didn't make me pay the after hours emergency fee. Amazing staff that'll bend over backwards to help any customer.
I EXTREMELY believe that the only reviews written are the BAD reviews because people are stewing. You hardly every see positive reviews on anything since it's just something people expect now days.
I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone that I encounter!
Very competitive pricing as well!
Don't let a couple of negative reviews from disgruntled customers steer you away :) -

Jon was professional & friendly during the call (despite my agitated state), explaining all of my options thoroughly to me. The crew that installed the window arrived quickly, worked quickly & my brand new window looks great! From beginning to end Lakeland Glass & Mirror was professional, kind & courteous. Not only would I not hesitate to call them again should the need arise, but I would recommend them to all my friends and family.
