Morningstar Fleet Services IRP Office

I've had nothing but positive experiences here. If u have your paperwork and all of your documentation it goes very smoothly and no issues. They do a great service to us owner operators as opposed to Tallahassee. People complaining about having to wait should really think about it. Only a few places exist like this in the whole state of FL and there's a lot of trucks in Florida so people should appreciate these ladies and how much they help us. Be positive guys and keep it between the lines.

This is a great place to get your IRP taken care of. Both of the women working in the office are great. They are extremely helpful. I am use to renewing and adding online. I ran into an issue that i needed to resolve same day. I did have to make a 2nd trip due to missing a couple of items. They told me exactly what I needed and came back the next day and was taken care of. They also have a great sense of humor. Please remember that they have to report to the State of Florida. They only require what the state requires. Getting upset over what is needed has nothing to do with them. I will continue to use their service because of the team they have. Sometime online is good but being able to talk to someone and take care of any questions is worth a couple of dollars.

I don't write many reviews but took this time to let people know that this IRP Office delivers great service, right to the point, great communication and all done on the same day I arrived with the needed documentation ... Thank You Morningstar and Camila ... you are the best !!
