I am disabled, use cane. Brought myself to LRH for bloodwork and X-rays. Everyone was kind.
Started feeling woozy in hall when trying to leave X-rays. A lovely Nurse/Tech named Melanie took it upon herself to check on me. Went and got a wheelchair and she took me all the way through hallways, out the door and to my vehicle. She also made sure I was safely in vehicle.
Very thankful for Melanie!! Above and beyond helpful!! I thank God for her!

Everyone was very nice and the waiting time was very short , the front desk lady was very helpful and the medical assistant very efficient her and the doctor explained everything to me I'm very happy with the service . I will looking for my Primary doctor with Lakeland Regional , also they didn't turn me away , or rejecting see me for my insurance or because I wasn't a patient with one of their doctors.
