  I liked the modern burger joint vibe, and the variety of burgers and sauces was great. The sink by the exit proved to be very useful for rinsing sticky sauces off your hands as you leave. That's a nice touch I haven't seen elsewhere. My friend had the bananas foster shake to go at the end and raves about it.

  They take a little long to order. Please increase the number of cashiers and cash registers.
  
  They might've changed their ordering process as well. Not sure if they do table service now since last time there some years back. Nearly different every time I go.
  
  Been around since before they were here... not the best location to choose. Very crowded. I'd recommend a more appropriate expansion that doesn't force people to walk on the road instead of sidewalk and doesn't people seated diners closer to cars. Definitely did not have people in mind through the renovation and building processes.
  
  (Consider Beefs on the other side or literally anyone else in Lakeside that doesn't force you off the sidewalk and put pedestrians and dinners in danger. Really surprised this is not a hazard of sorts... if it weren't for their tasty burgers or daring menu on classics, I'd be more upset. Still highly upset tho.)

  They have the best burgers in town and their vanilla bean milkshakes are to die for. All the employees are extremely nice and McKenzie and Trent were so friendly. We have never had a bad meal here and the prices are reasonable.

  We love this place, we really do. The food is always so good and the service isn’t half bad either. You can get some good burgers and handhelds in a reasonable amount of time. No long lines (usually) or long wait times. Good quality, would recommend.
