  My first visit here. Definitely not my last! Very friendly and helpful staff, great selection.

  Their clearance sale was so great I bought TWO pairs of boots for less than 1/2 the price of one pair! Where else can you get a pair of Tony Lama boots originally priced at $269.00 for $64.00? You can't! The selection is increadable and the sales staff are top notch! They even have lay away on their clearance! I might have to go get a third pair at that price! Do yourself a favor and go check them out!

  Everyone here is so nice and helpful. They do everything they can to make sure that you find what you're looking for. We often use layaway. This is the only place I'll come for our Western Wear.

  We walked in and we warmly greeted by one of the staff. Witch is almost always a good sign I think. An in this case it sure was.
  I arrived there while visiting in Florida along with my twin brother who flew in from Germany, where he lives, for a family reunion.
  We began shopping and after a reasonable amount of looking time one of the staff came to us and offered assistance in a warm no pushy salesman type of way ... Which was appreciated. They helped us narrow down what the possibilities could be that they may be able to help with in a swift professional manner and landed us in the area of the store that we needed to be searching in, then politely allowed us to browse at our leasure. After some drowsing my brother was able to narrow down a color and describe the type of cowboy boots he was really wanting. So he called in one of the friendly and knowledgeable staff for assistance. The staff member did a great job and quickly was able to take my brother to a few selections meeting hi criteria. Then helped him to select the best fit for his foot and shazaam, we were out the door well satisfied with our experience at Russell's. Thanks Russell's!

  First time coming here. Friendly staff, clean and well stocked environment, and a diverse selection. They were knowledgeable on their products as well. 10/10 will continue to shop here for my work boots
