Great American Cookies

Amazing ladies working there. Ordered online and the date got mixed up, they went above and beyond and made my son's cookie cake right then. Truly great workers.

I had a gift card for GAC and had to drive 40 minutes one way to use it at this location in Lakeland. These cookies put all places to shame. The basic chocolate chip cookie is actually delicious and doesn't taste processed or bland. The employees are super sweet too.

These cookies make my son so happy. Sam you deserve a raise, you worked here so long & every time I buy your cookies, you have such a great personality & great customer service. You are a good person with a bright mind. The customer service industry needs more employees like you. Fantastic job!👏

I haven't eaten their cookies since I was a child, so I was happy to see them at the Lakeland mall.

I like the smaller cookies, the first time a couple weeks ago I got six- 2 sugar and 4 chocolasug chip. The sugar cookie with the sprinkles definitly did it for me, so the next time I got all Sugar cookies.

The employees were very friendly and it looked nice and clean behind the counter.
