Josh was a very skilled and knowledgeable pest control technician. He took his time and explained the process and treatment plan. He was very clear and concise with his explanations. He was personable and professional, listening to all of our pest concerns. Honestly, could not have hoped for a better technician. He took his time to diagnose and inspect the house before suggesting treatment. He used multiple treatment tools to address the problems we had. He was also family safety minded with young kids and pets. It was obvious that he takes pride in his job and cares about his customers too. At the end of the day, as the customer, it's most important to feel confident that treatment program is worth it for us in the long run. I genuinely feel confident we made the right choice going with Superior Spray Services. We have family and friends that use this company as well, and they too are satisfied. After researching lots of other similar services, we are satisfied with this one. The pricing was fair and on par with other pest control services too. Long story short, Josh was GREAT! We really liked him and look forward to keep working with him. Awesome technician, he truly is a "bug assassin"! :)
