After several years of doing research, my husband and I were on vacation in Florida in search of our dream home. The Wisconsin weather, was in our opinion, was not one we wanted to retire in.

Since Covid led so many people to buy homes, we decided to buy a sooner than later. We saw an existing home that we wanted to view and was given the Faith Pennybaker's. Within minutes, Faith called us to schedule the appointment. That's where our story began.

The existing home didn't appeal to us, but we were already interested in a spec home built by a local builder. After discussing this over with Faith, she graciously agreed to assist us with the new home purchase.

Faith was an absolute angel through the entire process. She never hesitated to answer all of our questions and even attended our walk through so we didn't have to waste money on a trip back down to Florida. She made the whole purchase experience a very pleasant one.
