It’s my pleasure to recommend Sumter Dental. I have been a patient at Sumter Dental for 8 years. My experience with Dr Becker and the hygienists have been excellent. The office is pristine. The hygienists are very skilled, caring and professional, They explain treatment and cost prior to procedures.

I always get a great cleaning here and they have always been very timely, never had to wait more than 3 minutes. They are very thorough and thoughtful! Highly recommended by me, I have always been terrified of the dentist, they make me very comfy.

I went in this morning due to a broken tooth that needed to be removed. I've never been a fan of dentists and have had other teeth pulled but never like this experience
To start off, the office was warm and welcoming. Staff was very friendly and attentive.
The Dental assistant started my oral exam and it was gentle and smooth. She made sure I was comfortable and retrieved Dr. Suehr. She explained the process for me and told me at any time, if I feel a thing to let me know. She was in and out in no time flat. I was expecting to feel it in my jaw after the numbing went away but almost 12 hours later and it's the slightest dull ache.

I was impressed with Sumter Dental from the moment I called to schedule an appointment. The receptionist was very professional and personable. I wish I could remember her name. I was also very impressed with the dental assistant and Dr. Devlin who extracted a tooth that had cracked. He explained everything he was going to do and even incorporated some humor! I have bragged about the experience to friends and wouldn't hesitate to refer Dr. Devlin. Everything I experienced was exactly what I was told would happen during and after the procedure. I look forward to continuing using Sumter Dental as part of my wellness program!

Dr. Thomas Devlin is an outstanding dentist. After dentist-hoping in Charlotte County, I decided to research dentists in Sarasota County and, thankfully, found Dr. Devlin at Sumter Dental Care. The entire practice has exceptional staff.
