In Sarasota I had the IMMENSE pleasure of doing Pilates classes with Christina Maria for well over a decade& I cannot recommend her more highly!As a professional in the Dance field for 40 years my expert opinion is Christina is one of the best on this planet, hands down.

I have had the pleasure of working with Christina Gadar for close to two years in private instruction of the original Pilates Method.. Christina is a true professional who teaches from her soul with kindness , knowledge, patience and humor. I am extremely grateful for the time I spend with her.

Christina is a dedicated teacher- dedicated to the well-being of her students, and dedicated to the discipline of Pilates. And she’s a really good teacher! I have experienced other Pilates instructors but they pale when compared to Christina.

I have been with Christina for at least 8 years. She is a purist when it comes to teaching Pilates. She clearly knows classical Pilates and human anatomy. She helps her students work to their potential and appreciates physical limitations or specific goals a student may poses. She is gem I feel fortunate to have found. I was recommended to her from my pilates instructor in Chicago. They had met at one of the many continuing instructional classes Christina attends. Christina has written many instructional books for Pilates students both adult and children, alike. She is the real deal.

Christina really knows her Pilates. Her depth of knowledge is very impressive and after her keen eye evaluated my needs, she and I began my journey into the world of Pilates. In the three years I have worked with Christina, I have become stronger, better balanced, and more flexible. I feel younger than when I started taking lessons.

The studio is very clean and bright with high ceilings and is filled with Gratz equipment. I look forward to each lesson. This teacher is a gift you need to give to yourself.
