My fiancé and I went to their shop to pick out our wedding bands and I brought my engagement ring back to be polished. Let me tell you their customer service is unmatched! They are kind, honest, and reliable which is so hard to find now a days. They weren’t pushy with us making a choice that day and even encouraged us to look at other shops. I love that they took the time to go through multiple ring options and were patient. When I went to pick up my engagement ring my jaw literally fell to the floor with how stunning it looked. It looked even better than the day I got it. It’s so hard to find shops with ethics and great customer service. They really made the experience amazing for us! I will be going back for all future jewelry purchases. I highly recommend! Thank you guys for really making the experience special.

Steve not only helped me create something absolutely beautiful but gave me different options on stones so I could make the perfect choice. His knowledge of the different cuts and colors was just what I needed.
The whole process from design to payment was painless and i will recommended Kagy’s to anyone I know looking for high quality jewelry and top notch service.
She said yes, as well. So that makes this an even cooler story, doesn’t it? -
