  Hey you! Yeah you!!! If you have not tried this gym out, you are missing out!
  No excuse, you don’t have time! They make it fast and make it count! The coaches motivate you to be your best! The people that go there, well.. all I can say is they are super super friendly and encouraging no matter who you are, how in shape or even how old! We all love seeing each other excel!

  January of 2016 I was a guest of one of the members-I tried it. It was 30 minutes of different exercises to tone and strengthen each muscle. I loved it!! It was challenging but doable-If I had trouble there is always a modifier. I also love that each 30 minutes is a class. I picked 610am which works with my work schedule and busy life. Now almost a year later I go 5 times a week-I absolutely love my fit-fam!!! The coaches are awesome!! motivational, inspiring and they honestly really care about you!! I look forward to waking up everyday and going!! It starts my day off right!!

  If you want a body and mind transformation, that s your place! You will have to work for it, but if you trust your coaches ( which are truly awesome coaches!), the diet and the process, you will have to by new clothes! I train since 8 months with my coaches, and I was never ever in such a good shape! My body is completely new. My energy level full, and I fit in the leggings from my daughter! Everyone make me compliments, but the most important is that I feel so much better. But I repeat myself: I would never have made it without our awesome trainers, Dalton, Morgan, and Michael. They keep pushing us, and motivate us to go for more. How u say Dalton: sore today, strong tomorrow! Love my fit Family!

  Second time going to boot camp today at the 6:05pm class at X 30 Fit!! Got a great workout in and the staff has been amazing! Extremely positive atmosphere!! Definitely will keep coming back!!! Can't wait to reach my goal!!! It's only 30 mins, everyone has time for 30 minutes!! Come on down and check it out, I'm glad I did!!

  I have been a member at X30 Fit for 6 months now and I just love it! Classes are made up of the very experienced to having none at all. All exercises can be modified to your specific needs and we have 3 of the best Coaches in Sarasota! Morgan, Dalton and Michael are right beside us all the way around the gym during the 30 minute workout, encouraging us and making sure our form is correct so we get the most effect out of each exercise. There is a certain undescribable feeling of one big family between the owners Dan and Victoria, our couches, administrator and of course all that come to the gym. Come check us out, it will be the best 30 minutes of your day!! Guaranteed 👍🏻
