I was a patient at White Sands for 5 weeks after having chronic back pain for years. I’m amazed how much better I feel. They are caring and excellent at what they do, both on land and in the pool. I recommend them highly.

The treatment modalities have eliminated pain in my hips and legs. I had developed a left leg limp and my balance was also affected.

The best of the best. I only wish I had found them pre-op & maybe avoided spinal fusion. The staff begins with Sarah’s smiling face greeting you at the front desk—always cheerful! Then there is Melissa who has put me through the drill all these weeks & her hands on massage & manipulation which hurts so good. Her encouragement has kept me going reminding me of my progress. And of course the great pool staff, so attentive & caring. Professional, competent, friendly,—all of them. Jonathan & Roxanne to be commended for their leadership. I have been going to White Sands for about a month after experiencing, for first time, debilitating back spasms. I was unable to even move without pain and was unable to play any golf which I do regularly. I am 74 and was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease and spinal arthritis. The spinal therapy program there is threefold with land massage and exercise, a stretch table if needed, and aquatic therapy. The therapists are all great and very empathetic to your problem and the administrative staff are all very helpful and responsive. John, the owner, really understands back problems having experienced them himself. I have to say after weeks of therapy I am now pain free and able to play golf again. I would highly recommend White Sands fo anyone needing PT.
