Hands down the most professional trophy/awards small business owner in the area. I chair a large charity golf tournament every year at the Ritz Carlton and Troy has come through for us with wonderful products and exceptional service every single time. Very reasonable prices as well! Highly recommend!

Crown Trophy is our go to for awards in Sarasota. Troy, the owner is wonderful to work with. He truly cares about providing exceptional customer service. I know you can’t see the engraving, but Crown Trophy what an amazing job you did. We wanted so badly to get this clock engraved for a teacher that is retired. He is also an avid cyclist. And Troy at Crown Trophy found the perfect spot for the engraving. Even though this picture doesn’t show it, he hand cut a small piece and fit under the bicycle crossbar. It was perfect, and Thom was so excited to see this gift. Thank you so much Crown trophy!

What a lovely find! I needed a single orange ribbon for a medallion (chomp, chomp!). Troy was so friendly and helpful. He gave me the ribbon and even offered to switch out the medal for me (I would have had to use a tool to bend the o ring)

Such a nice store, with so many options and great local owners who want to give excellency service and continue to grow this new business. He and his fiancée bought the company from the previous owner in early 2020. And they have managed to stay afloat!

I hope local sports teams, schools, and businesses give this local shop their orders. This is the kind of company we want to support and grow!

Called in a rush to have two items made for business presentations... answered quickly to email and phone calls. Provided proofs for review and patience with me getting there late to pick them up!

Noteworthy is the friendly customer service as well as the multitudes of items to make to order. Good ideas for company appreciation events. And not just standard plaques! See attached.

Recommendation... when going in the store, bring a doggy biscuit for the puppy Cado!
