Plymouth Harbor on Sarasota Bay

Location is amazing and the staff is incredible! Residents and staff are all extremely friendly and the residents needs are always the top priority!

I’m not a staff member at this facility, but I’ve been picking up shifts here with my agency Kare for about two to three months now and this facility never ceases to amaze me. I usually pick up in the memory care unit, and my experience so far has been nothing short of perfect. I love how interactive the staff are with the residents, how they are always keeping the residents active and involved, and how they work hard to provide the best care that they can for the residents. The staff members are extremely welcoming and friendly. They didn’t treat me horrible like some facilities that I picked up at with my agency before, which was really nice because I didn’t feel like an outsider, I felt as if I was one of the staff members. If I lived closer I would love to work here as a staff member, but for now I’ll make the drive from Tampa to work here whenever I’m free

I want to give kudos to the chef!! My mother-in-law Janet brought us a fabulous meal from chef's dinner menu. It was delicious and one of the best meals we had on our trip to Sarasota:)

My mom has a place there and it is really nice. She recovered from hip surgery in their rehab wing and had excellent treatment and said the staff did a great job. She said the food is really good in the dinning room. Magnificent views as well. They are building another tower for more availability of units.

The day I walked into Plymouth Harbor, I knew I was home. The ambiance and views are unsurpassed. There are a diverse group of friendly people which results in interesting conversations and experiences.

I have now lived at PH, as we call it, for about a year and a half, and I can state with authority that living at Plymouth Harbor on Sarasota Bay is like
living on a luxury ship that never leaves port. The food is excellent and varied. There is a million dollar theatre on site which hosts many different programs ranging from movies to musical programs, ......

Activities include fitness classes, swimming instruction, dance classes, a wood shop, art studio, inside and outside swimming pools. There is an excellent library where one can read a book, check out DVDs, browse various newspapers.

Smith Care Center on campus provides excellent skilled nursing care including rides to medical specialists.

I am very happy here and wish I had moved here earlier.
