Every person that I had contact with was very personable. In fact I asked one of the technicians if they were given a personality test before they were hired because everyone was so nice

Professional and friendly staff. I did observe some patients checking in who were confused about the calls they received confirming their appointments. I would like to offer this observation after I made next year's appt: my appt for my scan is at 1PM, with a follow-up appt on the same day to see the dr at 1:45PM. as we age, what we hear and what we see on the printout of our upcoming appt could be different. I am happy I took the printout of my next appt, it makes total sense that you return to the waiting room until your actual appt time with the doctor. Much, much better then returning a second day for the doctor consult. Hope this is helpful for the folks calling to confirm your appts.
