My second time dealing with this shop and I have no complaints. They are always pleasant and professional. Karen, the adjuster, kept me posted every step of the way. Donna assisted me it getting it quickly out of a tow yard to the shop in just a couple hours. The car looks and drives like it did before and was done on time. They do really good work, guarantee it and are a pleasure to do business with - especially when something as inconvenient and upsetting as an accident can be.

Had a small fender bender. Selected Caliber since they were one of the shops recommended by my insurance company and they were relatively close. I was impressed by their service people who were very friendly and kept us informed throughout the repair process. The car was ready ahead of schedule and the repair is perfect. I highly recommend them.

I was involved in an accident that was not my fault in May of this year. The impact did significant damage to the Vehicle's suspension, Body and far more things we couldn't see visually until repairs were begun. Everyone involved at Caliber went above and beyond attempting to get the car back on the road - the process was long due to the pandemic but I was informed EVERY week of the progress and what to expect.
