Outstanding my wife took our window blinds there to be redone. JC Penney custom made them improperly we were unable to use them. They were fixed properly for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this business for window treatments.
Loretta and her wonderful late husband installed new blinds and they product and service were great. When our crazy rescue dog chews a few blinds up during storms we work with her and the crew to replace them. Only place in our entire metro area that we would use.
Unique service business operated by Loretta from the backside of Country Store Interiors. This specialty business specializes in the repair and replacement of shades and blinds from a litany of manufacturers. They are also the factory warranty service for a number of companies. Prices are very fair and service efficient and friendly. Before you throw away your broken or non-functional blinds or shades, take them to Loretta. Even if not repairable she will be able to provide replacement.
I was very impressed with the helpful, friendly service provided. The owner/operator was knowledgeable about my relatively unique blind and went the extra mile to determine that the repair was covered under warranty. The shade was repaired within a few hours. I strongly recommend this service.
This place is great! After searching all over Sarasota for a little part to repair one of my HunterDouglas shades, these were the people who had it... immediately knew what I was talking about, had it in had in less than a minute. They were friendly and knowledgeable, which makes all the difference. I'll definitely check them first in the future. They are a little out of the way, and their signage is a little crude, but they're worth the visit anyway.
