Always clean, VERY busy, and the folks are friendly, nobody is a nuisance. Wash loads left there for 1+ hours will be compromised, even under surveillance. Don't be surprised when you've come back to an empty washer; you're taking up a machine that people are waiting around to use, and quickly.
Occasionally there will be somebody there that is down on their luck and has no where else to use the bathroom or charge their phone between bus stops, but my experience has been they all just keep to themselves.
No reason to judge others, but still, don't be stupid enough to give others an opportunity to take your things.

Pretty nice place, always clean and machine work well. My only reason for not leaving 5 stars is because the place could use some nice seats for customers to sit on. Upon walking into the building to your right you can see a broken seat that hasn't been replaced. Besides that everything is great.

Updated: they've since fixed the seats and the ac feels a lot cooler and they even have books to read if you're bored.
