I had the best labor and delivery with Ann! I’m so so thankful and incredibly happy with having her as my doula. She went above and beyond the day of my delivery to ensure all my birth preferences were listened to and respected and she constantly made sure I was comfortable and supported. My husband and I felt so confident leading up to my birth especially as a FTM because Ann took so much time educating my husband and I on how labor + delivery works with the body and what signs to look out for once I went into labor and all of our birthing options! I started having stomach cramps around 4am and once I could really time them my husband called Ann! She was so supportive over the phone and walked us through the next steps to be prepared for. I used the tools Ann taught me and remained calm and just relaxed through the contractions at home, a few hours later my husband called Ann to come over to my house but at that time everything was progressing so wonderfully that we decided to meet at the hospital. We arrived there at 9am and once I was brought up to my delivery room Ann came in! She quickly checked in with me and made sure I felt comfortable, safe, and supported. She recommended I use the tub at the hospital to labor so we did, she set up tea lights and made the atmosphere so peaceful! She was so encouraging and supporting through the whole thing! I wanted a natural labor and delivery and she was my best advocate. She truly reminded me of my why and was so encouraging when I felt like I couldn’t do it. She was right next to me every step of the way! I am so thankful I listened to her recommendations for the tub because before I even knew it my body was feeling the need to bear down. With Ann’s recommendations and guidance I was able to have the most beautiful birth! My daughter was born by 12:30pm! Ann was the best supporter and advocate for me and my husband. Meanwhile she did all of this AND managed to take pictures and videos for us! I know if I have another baby I would 10000% have Ann as my doula again! The support also continued after birth, Ann checked on me postpartum and it was so amazing because she offered so much insightful tips and knowledge about new borns 💗 thank you Ann for being the best doula!

I can’t say enough good things about Ann. She made our hospital stay/delivery experience much more human and peaceful. I can honestly say that had she not been there to support us that I am confident our experience would have not gone remotely the way it did and possibly would have lead to a completely different outcome in terms of how our baby came into this world. So glad she was able to influence the outcome we desired.

I can’t imagine what my post-partum journey would have been without Ann go help me along the way. She cared for my babies and home as her own, and helped me navigate life with triplets (plus four kids). Ann is self-motivated and takes care of things before I have to say anything. She is caring, kind, educated, trustworthy, dependable, and a hard worker. I am grateful for all of Ann’s help and would highly recommend her as a doula.

Ann is an amazing doula! Both my husband and I can attest to her ability and knowledge. Her presence during the birth of our son was a huge help. This was our first pregnancy and we both wanted to have an experienced and encouraging coach to help us along the way. Ann was helpful in educating us in what to expect in the weeks leading up to the birth and the childbirth process itself. Ann was very professional and nurturing throughout the labor and delivery. Ann was quick to suggest laboring positions and to ask questions and make suggestions that were in our best interest. In addition to her active coaching, Ann also provided essential oils, candle lights and massage. Ann was a great cheerleader to my husband and especially to me in moments where I thought I would not be able to deliver the baby. She is awesome and we recommend her highly. We would highly recommend Ann to anyone. She was highly responsive. Our little girl decided to show up very quickly, and over two weeks early. With little notice, Ann was at the hospital in under 20 minutes. Upon arrival, she immediately began offering support, suggesting new birthing positions and alternative pain management techniques. She thoroughly reviewed our birth preferences prior to arriving and then helped guide the nurses and hospital staff in that direction. She also worked well with my husband, making a perfect support team. I had an intervention and pain medicine free birth, largely due to this incredible support I received. Definitely will be using her again for our next birth experience.
