(February 6, 2019, 11:07 am)I had an Animal Dyson for 13 years and it was my favorite appliance in the house. I was very sad when it was time to say goodbye. Darren told me that I wouldn't be disappointed with a Miele and he was right!! I sincerely feel like my house is cleaner. The vacuum is quieter, easier to maneuver, and gets the house crazy clean! Had a really nice experience with Darren. Super customer service oriented and professional. Seems like a guy you can really trust which is not always the case.

She will definitely return for maintenance and repairs in the future. She doesn't have a computer and asked me to post this as she was really happy with AAA Sew-Vac Altamonte. Highly recommended.

(October 7, 2018, 1:55 am)I called another vacuum repair place and they were rude so I tried this one instead and I’m super happy that I did. When I called the guy was friendly and explained why I needed to bring the vacuum in for a free diagnosis. When I brought it in, it took him not even 2 minutes to determine there was something wrapped around the motor. He got that issue taken care of and also showed my boyfriend all of the dog hair he cleaned out of the vacuum and explained that it would be best to get it cleaned every 6 months. We definitely will return here next time.
