(August 8, 2020, 8:21 pm)Man this place is phenomenal. All there couch selections etc are all comfy as hell! When I die bury me in a La-z-boi casket. The sales people are nice people and showed us everything we wanted to see and showed us what separates them from their competitors. Very pricey furniture but I can kinda see the worth.

(July 19, 2020, 5:43 pm)Our shopping experience was quite pleasant. We were greeted by Joanna Barrington, who asked how she could help us, and our tour began! Joanna asked what I was looking for, in a sofa, and I told her what I had found on their website. She started us at the 2 sofas I was interested in, giving stats on each sofa. We then moved on to be shown a sofa I had seen on the site, but was lower on my list. What a delightful surprise! We felt this choice would be perfect for my home. Joanna then showed us the various options, from feet to fabrics; we all discussed options. I checked out two fabric color options home to check with existing ones. Joanna wrote the proposal, put everything in a folder. I came back the next morning and she asked for my final decisions on options, wrote the order, and thanked me for choosing their store. Joanna is a superb team member, as are the others we encountered during our tour. 5⭐'s!

I knew from past experience that I wanted to purchase La-z-boy recliners, again; added a sofa to the mix this time around. I was clueless about fabric selection. Sandra skillfully guided me through the process. I highly recommend the Altamonte Springs La-z-boy store and Sandra.

(June 11, 2020, 11:51 am)We visited about a dozen furniture stores on Memorial Day, and made one last stop at the Lazy Boy in Altamonte Springs. Right away we were greated by a friendly advisor who let us have the freedom to roam the store, but was nearby for questions. La-Z-boy had a wonderful selection and a much more superior product than most of the stores we went to. The choices and customization were vast. We're looking forward to having our new couches delivered in the coming weeks!
