  I rolled in 5 minutes to close because the taco bell line was obsured and I was helped by Dominique, I was ordering but the options I was asking for were not available because of time I arrived.
  
  Dominique was the prime example of customer service and going above and beyond what she does. She offered me options to accommodate, she knew what I was order and gave me an option that was absolutely perfect.
  
  Not only that, but when I arrived to my home the food was absolutely delicious. I'll never go to taco bell again, this was amazing.

  Always excellent food from here. I've loved Pollo Tropical since I was a child. The chicken is phenomenal. They work hard to get your order right and the best deal. My family will be lifelong customers.

  Always delicious esp. rice n beans but reg. Chicken melts in your mouth with flavor

  Good grilled chicken but they need to change their gloves more often... can't be touching everything then use the same gloves to 'feel-up' the chicken and pat the rice on the plate... No! I don't believe they realize the glove is there to protect the food... and not their hands... Is anyone else seeing this! One guy was scratching his dirty hair and arms with the same glove he massaged the chicken with as he put it on the plate! No! Please! Stop this! But I love this chicken.
