    They have manged my rental property for years. They are always prompt to handle any issue that arises. If something happens when I am unreachable, my Property Manager knows what to do and takes control of the situation until I can be reached. I could not ask for a better working relationship. All rental checks have been collected on time and deposited promptly. I think the secret of Central's success is that they seek to represent bona fide, quality tenants and bona fide, quality landlords. This makes for happy clients on both sides! I highly recommend them to any honest landlord, renter or househunter.

    We had to rent from Central Properties and thought the staff was really friendly, the house was clean, the price was right and they always had a vendor available for repairs.

    The amount of money we had to put up for deposit and the various fees were higher than we expected, but after checking around Orlando we found out the prices were normal and in some respects lower than the other sources.

    When we had a problem a work order was submitted and the repair was made within 48 hours. The vendors were knowledgeable and polite.

    When we left the property we followed the procedures and we were able to get almost all of our deposit back. We opted to use their vendors for the cleaning and for repairs to make it easier on the exit of the property. So we paid the expense of using their vendors to make sure everything was done correctly.

    Marilyn and Douglas were really nice brokers to work with and the rest of the staff was always friendly, though it was tough during the hurricane because we lost power for a week. We weren't use to not having air conditioning, but the staff had instructed us to go out and get battery operated fans, flashlights and other items needed for such an emergency. It really was a big help.

    We would rent from them again if needed and we thank them for all their hard work in making our stay a great one!

    As a property owner of multiple properties I have had decades of good coverage by Central Property Management. There are times when tenants do not like the outcome of their security deposit and they have trashed my house, left it uncleaned, brought pets on to the property with out permission or they have skipped out not paying their rent. I do not blame Central Property for this problem. It is an issue with the State of Florida having laws which favor the tenants. Florida is a state where to evict tenants you must drag them through court and when they lose the court case they can walk with out paying. It isn't even worth it to try and pursue them because you'll never get money from a rock.

    The people who post negative reviews are people who trash houses, steal money and dislike Central Property for keeping their security deposit. I have no ill will towards my former tenants but when you disrespect a property you are renting and ignore the lease you sign I have nothing but contempt for your attitudes. Life will come full circle for you and pay back will be ten fold.

    Are things perfect with Central Property? No. Some times it takes too long for them to respond but I understand that my properties aren't the only ones that they handle. They aren't just sitting there waiting for my phone call. They have other accounts to handle.

    I am happy to see that they finally have a new website up which will allow me to login and see my statements online and they also have instant/direct deposits electronically. So I look forward to continued service by Central Property and if I purchase any more properties they will be the company I use for management.
