Not a tenant, just called to ask about vacancies and amenities, staff was so kind and helpful. Searching for an apartment has prompted phone calls, but none of the interactions proved as resourceful or attentive as this one, to Birchwood. I'm sure that living here would be a great experience provided the quality of the staff. All questions answered, five stars. :D
It's a nice place to live. They raise the rent a bit much but they are doing a lot of renovations. They are putting in a new pool and fixing all the windows. Management is nice and maintenance is always on their job and friendly.

My Friend lives here and its very nice. For a single or family. It always seems clean and office staff our nice(i had to pick up her keys once). Seems to be a great place to stay.
